With thoughtful family-friendly features and entertainment options throughout, the home works perfectly for both relaxing and active stays.

Located in Climax Springs at the 55MM, this property places you near some of the most desirable boating destinations on the lake. By water, you're within reach of popular spots like Red Fox Marina, Boondocks, The Wet Spot, Patriot's Point, The Cave, and several waterfront restaurants and bars. By land, explore nearby marinas, casual dining, and local lake favorites throughout the west side of the lake. The area is known for excellent fishing, boating, and easy access to open water while still enjoying the quieter cove setting.

• Wood burning fireplaces are not available for guest use
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
