We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

House Rules: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.

Pet policy: No animals allowed. The backyard is not fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
