Your Home Away From Home In Clinton
Bring the entire family to Clinton, Mississippi, and enjoy all of the space that this large home offers. Spend a cozy evening watching a movie on the flatscreen TV in the great room, relaxing in the plush recliners, and taking in the warmth from the fireplace. Cook dinner in the large kitchen. The kids can play outside in the massive fenced-in backyard too! Offering all of the comforts of home, this space is ideal for families. Note: There is a gently rolling train passing by a few times a day.
This spacious residential home has 3 bdrms; the primary has a king-sized bed, the next has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. There’s also a dedicated workspace in you need to work remotely. There’s a smart TV in the living room and every bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the tools you need to make dinner for the family. The eat-in kitchen or in the fenced-in back patio has plenty of space for enjoying a meal or relaxing. This home has a two-car garage.
Welcome to our Home! We take great pride in ensuring that you have a wonderful stay. We have developed these rules for the mutual enjoyment of guests and neighbors alike. They were also developed with guest comfort in mind while managing costs and minimizing disruption to future guests.
For your protection and ours, all VRBO and Direct Booking guests must complete the Short-Term Rental Agreement. Failure to complete this agreement will result in your booking being canceled,
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in the building. Again NO PARTIES!
• All guests are liable for any and all damages to the home, including legal fees (both ours and the building's).
• Guests must treat our home with respect and please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before checking out. Please do not wash dishes by hand. Please wipe counters and cooktop after cooking.
• Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage room adjacent to the elevators before the smell fills the unit.
• All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation request; the max number of overnight guests is Six, Visitors to the guests should not exceed Two (for a max number of Eight people in the unit at any one time); visitors must be cleared with Tommy prior to inviting them over.
• Smoking is only permitted outside, and butts must be disposed of in the trash. No smoking of any kind is permitted by the houseguests and will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost of removing smoke from the unit.
There is a 25.00 cleaning fee if grilled is used and not cleaned.
• Please do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use the paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds 2. Please, 2 Large towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 facecloth per guest.
• All makeup must be removed prior to using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. There are make-up removal wipes next to the sink in the bathroom.
• Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage as they pose a significant fire hazard.
• Toiletries are provided as a courtesy to guests in the event that they’ve forgotten something. They are not complimentary gifts like you would find in a hotel. Excessive use of toiletries will result in a $25 restocking fee.
• Laundry detergent and bounce sheets are provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. Leave the washing machine door open when finished.
• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
Parking is provided on-site. There is no parking on the grass or at the street
• A $1000 fee will result for removing the alarm device plugged into the receptacle near the front door. There are stickers on the device indicating that it cannot be removed under any circumstance.
• Feel free to adjust the temperature up or down – but no higher than 77F or lower than 65F. A $25 fee will result if the thermostat is set outside of this range and will be levied in the resolution center.

We take our short-term rental business and these rules very seriously. For most guests, these will be common sense, but in some cases, they may not be obvious to all.
