Welcome to our casita! This space is a cozy and convenient living space in the Coachella Valley, offering a combination of privacy, comfort, and access to nearby entertainment and dining options. Located less than 1 mile to the festival campgrounds and less than 30 minutes to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Joshua Tree National Forest.
Casita is attached to main house, main house may be rented by another group. Separate entries.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

15 minutes to Magic Theatre

Drive, walk, Uber - neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. There is parking.

$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.


DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
