Escape to our boho bungalow nestled in the mountains - 5 min from historic downtown Coarsegold, 25 min from BASS LAKE, and 40 min to YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK!

Located on 27+ acres, this retreat gives you space, serenity, and sweeping mountain views! Sip your morning coffee on the large front patio, cool off in the stock tank pool on warm afternoons, and wind down by the firepit under a starry night sky.

The Space:
Great home for your Yosemite or other northern California adventures! Sprawl out in the open concept living area with friends & family. Unwind after a long day of activities or spend the day at the bungalow enjoying the outdoor amenities and exploring the peaceful ranch.

✧ Bedrooms (2) ✧
The home is furnished with full and queen size beds, and a floor mattress. Each bedroom includes cooling, plenty of storage space, and views of the mountains.

✧ Bathrooms (2) ✧
The two charming bathrooms are fully stocked - unwind after a long day by taking a relaxing bath.

✧ Living Room ✧
The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV where you'll be able to enjoy our large collection of DVDs. Or you can cozy up on the large sectional couch with a book while enjoying the large windows and expansive views.

✧ Outdoor Spaces (2) ✧
The large deck out front features a large sectional couch and twinkly string lights. Next to the deck there is also a fire pit with six comfy chairs (please bring your own firewood), a sun lounger, a swinging chair, and a stock tank pool (available May - September).

The back patio includes a three-burner grill and a bistro patio set.

✧ Kitchen and Dining ✧
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook dinner with friends and family! There are small appliances including a Keurig, toaster, kettle, microwave, and blender.

The charming dining area has a record player to play music while enjoying a meal or glass of wine.

Other Things to Note:
✧ Pets ✧
Your 4-legged friends are welcome, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. Please do not allow them on the furniture!

✧ Septic ✧
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush anything that's not toilet paper!

✧ Fires ✧
Every summer there are burn bans in the area, usually June through September. No fires or open flames, including candles. The gas BBQ grill is okay to use during a burn ban.
