The property also includes tons of beach gear to make your beach days effortless, plus access to a communal laundry area with coin-operated machines for longer stays.



With a laid-back vibe, convenient amenities, and a great location near the beach, this unit is the perfect home base for soaking up everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.
