The Space:

Steps from the sand and right in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this townhome puts you within walking distance of everything that makes this stretch of Florida coast so easy to love. Spend your mornings on the beach, your afternoons wandering downtown, and your evenings on the back patio catching the breeze - and maybe even a rocket launch lighting up the sky.



Living space

The living area is built for unwinding, with a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV perfect for slowing down after a day in the sun. A dedicated workspace is also tucked into the home for anyone who needs to stay connected, and wifi reaches throughout the property. The dining area flows easily into the living space, making it simple to gather everyone together for a meal or a game night.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen beds, including a primary suite with its own private bathroom and vanity area. A dedicated kids' room comes outfitted with bunk beds, giving younger guests their own fun space to settle into. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The dining area sits right alongside it, ready for shared meals before or after a beach day.



Bathroom

Two bathrooms serve the home, including the en-suite off the primary bedroom. Each comes stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and hot water, along with a bathtub for rinsing off sand at the end of the day.



Outdoor space

Step out back to a patio and backyard area, ideal for a quiet evening or firing up the BBQ grill. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight to the shore without packing extra.



Location

This townhome sits right in the middle of Cocoa Beach, where beachside cafes, boutiques, bars, and local murals are all within a leisurely walk. Spend the day swimming, surfing, or playing beach volleyball just steps away, then wander downtown in the evening without ever needing the car. The Kennedy Space Center and Brevard Zoo are both a short drive away, and the location works well as a pre or post-cruise stay.



Pets are allowed, and free parking is available on the premises and on the street, with self check-in and a smart lock making arrival simple whenever you get in.

Take a walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, with so many options for restaurants, bars and shops, you can count on leaving your car parked during your whole stay. Or go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. This also makes a great spot for a pre and post cruise destination. With everything that we offer in our beachfront townhome, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
