The Pink Flamingo is a boho-style home conveniently located 1 block to the ocean and 2 blocks to downtown. This home is located on a unique property with a surrounding yard area and private courtyard . Some of the conveniences offered at Pink Flamingo include high-speed internet access, a well-equipped kitchen, bar cart, separate laundry room, large bbq grill, bench swing, and fire pit.
This home features three bedrooms, two of which are master suites. One master suite offers an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd master offers a bonus attached space with a pull-out sofa that can be used as a sitting area or additional sleeping space. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. In addition, there is a bonus room that can be used as a den or converted to sleeping quarters that has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper. You can relax in a large living room with a 65' television that flows into the dining area. Cook in a fully updated kitchen with additional seating. Attached to the kitchen, you can access an additional space that serves as a laundry room and storage space. This room also has another refrigerator to accommodate food and drink storage for larger groups.

Courtyard and surrounding yard:
Our courtyard is an ideal space to entertain and spend time relaxing. It features a comfortable covered seating area, a dining area, and a grassy area to play or enjoy the Florida sun. Thoughtful lighting transforms the space at night into a Florida wonderland.
The backyard and surrounding yard host a comfortable bench swing, Adirondack chairs, grilling area, and fire pit. For the ultimate Florida experience, rinse off in the outdoor shower on the south side of the house.

When you're not relaxing at the house or the beach, take the two-block stroll to enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach. Here you will find unique restaurants, shops, and bars. Cocoa Beach offers a trolley to get around town for a small fee. The trolley stops at multiple points of interest in the nearby area, including the world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. If you choose to take the trolley, there is a stop only two houses south of the Pink Flamingo.
