There is no menu for children. Also limited menu to choose from menu. Not enough staff on in the evening as we had to clear the table before we could sit down. Other holiday accommodation we have been to do children’s menu. Also should have towels in the room for each guest.

It was a my mistake because I suppose to check in on 12 instead of 11 of October and I try to sort out with the staff about a refund but just passed over to you....

Good Afternoon, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Holiday Inn Express and taking the time to write us a review. I would like to start with our over priced breakfast which is free to our guests. I am sorry you felt it was disgusting, I do hope you spoke to a member of staff who would have gladly helped you. I will pass your comments on to the staff and look forward to welcoming you back very soon

Previous experience of Holiday Inns, always positive and good value. This time was no difference, clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Bit disappointed by lack of beers in bar. Good breakfast.

Have already recommended it to friends

Nearly missed it as no signposting until spotted sign at edge of garage. Very helpful staff. Room lovely. Only one minus... bed edge was 'springy' and felt I was on a boat when husband turned over. Great breakfast. Good location for where we needed to go next day.

Convenient

Easy to find, nice room. Breakfast very ordinary. Very convenient for the trip I did.

2 nights

Cons: Food is a bit expensive. Could do with more tea/coffee sugar etc in room.
Staff friendly, room comfortable. Good location with plenty of car parking space. Disabled spaces close to entrance. Room was nice and warm.
