Noce is part of a large estate with over 1000 olive trees nestled in the Umbrian countryside; within the estate there are three farmhouses: Moraio, Noce and Rose. The houses are totally independent and the presence of vegetation and hedges ensure the privacy of each villa.
Farmhouse Noce develops completely on the ground floor and is totally accessible and accessible by the disabled. The accommodation consists of: living area with fireplace, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with waffles and American, naturalized water and two double bedrooms with bathroom.
