Das SASSY Studio ~ zwei Blocks vom Texas A & M Campus entfernt!

Das SASSY Studio liegt zentral einen Block von Texas A & M entfernt. Zu Fuß zu verschiedenen Restaurants wie Chili's, Torchys Taco, Laynes Chicken Fingers um nur einige zu nennen. Ein paar Blocks entfernt ist Thomas Park, die mit einer Jogging-Strecke, Tennis- und BasketballplĂ€tzen, öffentlichem Pool im Sommer und Schaukeln beschattet ist.

Das freche Ferienhaus liegt hinter dem Haupthaus auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Bis irgendwann im Oktober wird es keine Gemeinschaftsbereiche auf dem GrundstĂŒck geben. Sobald das Haupthaus renoviert ist, wird es als Vacay Vermietung betrieben und kann getrennt oder gemeinsam mit dem Haus reserviert werden. Sobald dies stattfindet, sind die einzigen gemeinsamen Bereiche zwischen den beiden der Hinterhof, ĂŒberdachte FlĂ€che, um Tischtennis zwischen den beiden HĂ€usern und der WaschkĂŒche zu spielen. Cottage und das Haupthaus haben eigene separate Terrassen.
Dieses Ferienhaus ist wĂ€hrend deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Thomas Park. Dich erwarten verschiedene Leistungen, darunter: eine WĂ€scherei. Lots of potential but needs work

The stay did not start of well as I had requested an early check in and upon arrival the loft was not clean. I contaced the property manager and someone was there to clean quickly so we left and planned to come back when they were done.When we came back the construction crew for the main house was parked in the driveway blocking our access. Again having to contact the manager and wait for them to move so we could access the property. MInd you, this was in the middle of a flooding rainstorm.Once inside the loft finally, it was found to be musty and dank. After trying to air it out with AC I was still getting a headache so we had

Canceled second booking

The place was cute and small. The bed and pillows are hard. The additional bedding had pillows without cases so unusable. The fan light combo was scary because it seemed to have an electrical issue. The pavers are uneven at the porch causing a small injury as there are no lights on at night and you step down into pavers with large gap. It clearly states access to washer dryer but there is none. Also no hot water in the shower! This was actually the worse vrbo stay I have ever had. The bright side is these should be easy to remedy and hopefully they do!

Very convenient to Weaving Conference

We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely.

COCKROACHES AND MOLD

The listing looks cute but dont be fooled!! It initially started when they sent me the wrong code to even get into the cottage. After that it was just all downhill! I walked in and immediately it smelled musky and wet. Well that's because there was mold all in the shower and the bathroom and on the walls! After that I also found a cockroaches on the walls as well! I slept terrible and now I am very sick because I'm extremely allergic to mold! I tried to reach out to the host about all of the issues and have yet to receive a response! I want a freaking refund for this absolute nightmare of a stay! But hey if you like cockroaches and mold then this is a place for you!

Retreat in College Station

We enjoyed the stay. The toys in the back yard were a lot of fun and the atmosphere on the patio was very relaxing. It felt like our very own tiny home. The experience in College Station was great.

Confusing Check In.

We were sent the wrong property address. When we arrived late (9:00pm) we walked into a house that was already rented. We called the owner who gave us the correct address but finding the front door was difficult then the keypad lock gave us trouble getting in. It was very frustrating.

Perfect Location

I just had a short stay when I came back to College Station to take my dog to the vet. This pet- friendly cottage was perfect for just us. The backyard was big and secure for the pup (it does share the space with the main house, including the outdoor entertainment, so that's good to know if there are other visitors) and the bed and couch both were comfy. I would stay here again the next time I come into town.

Gracious Host

This quaint cottage is perfect for one or two guests. It states you can have three but I believe anyone older than 12 would be pushing the comfort zone. It was clean and the air conditioner was very cool. The host was gracious to accommodate me when I had a technical issue with my reservation. I really appreciated it because technically they did not have to change it. Wonderful customer service. I will be back.

Great little find

We stayed here when moving our son. Location is great and the home itself is absolutely adorable. However if the main house had been rented it would have been awkward staying in the cottage. Also, note VRBO has the wrong door code they end you. Owner states she has tried to correct. So make sure to reach out to her to prevent any hiccups checking in.

Great place! Great location!

This adorable place was clean, well stocked, communication and expectations were clear and easy to follow. Page was very nice, made sure we had everything we needed. Check in/ out was a breeze. The property was exactly as it showed online. We will definitely book it again if we are in the area!
