You can rent the two structures separately for complete privacy, or together, making them perfect for large groups seeking a holiday close to each other but with independence. Both feature private pools, gardens, and entrances.

Ground Floor: The Heart of Social Life

Main Hall with fireplace (60 sqm): A majestic room furnished with sofas and tables, ideal for group dinners or gatherings.

Dining room and TV lounge (60 sqm): A spacious area dedicated to relaxation and meals.

Private chapel consecrated to St. Rocco: A corner of spirituality and unique charm.

Professional kitchen (60 sqm): Fully equipped and bright, it opens onto a terrace leading to the garden. It includes: a column fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric slicer, washing machine, and all necessary utensils.
