It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a bed 160 cm and balcony open mountain view, living/ dining room, sofa bed 140 cm, TV, kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Cealing fans in the bedroom and living room. Garage (private box).

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
