Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 41 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, mountain view and swimming pool for rent in Collioure. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, size: 8x12m, open from 15 June to 15 September Non-contractual opening dates.
- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Collioure, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
