• 1 shower room on the ground floor + 1 bathroom upstairs
• Spacious living / dining room with fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, utensils
• Office space for remote work or reading
• Upstairs terrace
• Large garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area
• Air conditioning
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Two covered parking spaces
• Not accessible for people with reduced mobility
