Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. In the living room, there's a queen-size sofa sleeper with a cozy new mattress, making room for up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, plus a dining table perfect for family dinners or game nights. A Smart TV in the living room and central AC throughout the home help ensure everyone stays cool, entertained, and comfortable.

Outdoor Area
Step out back into your private, fully fenced yard. A perfect spot for dogs and humans alike! Fire up the propane grill for a backyard BBQ, then gather around the propane fire pit under the string lights to wind down your evening. - Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation. Sorry, NO cats.
- There is a train nearby that goes by a few times a day (not too loud in the home)
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
