* Space & Privacy: Sleep up to 10 guests (4 in Lookout, 3 in Perch, 3 in Roamer), with additional space for tent camping (add-on fee applies). Your group can gather for meals and fun, then retreat to their own private haven.


* Exclusive Amenities: Enjoy our luxurious hot tub under the stars, multiple crackling fire pits (s'mores kits provided!), and epic views of the Sangre de Christo mountain range across the property.

The Lookout (Main House - Sleeps 4):


The heart of the property, perfect for 2-4 guests, this cozy home features a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, a comfortable living area, and a washer/dryer combo. The Lookout offers ample space with a private bedroom (queen), a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. And the hot tub is just steps away!


The Perch (Tiny House - Sleeps 3):


A charming and intimate escape featuring a cozy, loft sleeping area (full), a twin sleeper sofa, a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, a private indoor toilet, and a unique outdoor shower. Experience the magic of tiny living with a magnificent mountain view and fire pit right outside to door!


The Roamer (RV - Sleeps 3):


Perfect for a couple, a small family or a few friends looking for something different and memorable, this stylish stationary RV provides a unique glamping experience with a queen size sleeping area, cozy fireplace, television, and futon for an additional guest. Our kitchenette and bathroom with shower provide added comforts for your stay. It's RV living with all the benefits of a stationary home base.


Outdoor Paradise:


Our expansive property is designed for outdoor enjoyment. Beyond your private decks/patios, you'll find areas for gathering, including plenty of space for lawn games, nature walks, and soaking in the mountain air and stunning views.

Nestled in the serene beauty of Florissant, Colorado, Comanche Pines Trio is your ideal basecamp for exploring the Pikes Peak region. Enjoy easy access to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, Cripple Creek's historic charm, and countless hiking and outdoor recreation opportunities. Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, Buena Vista, Salida, and Canon City are all just a scenic drive away.


Tent Camping Add-On:


If your group exceeds 10 guests, we offer designated tent camping spots for an additional $30 per person/per night. Please inquire for maximum tent capacity.


Hot Tub Rules: For your safety and enjoyment, please review the hot tub rules posted nearby. Shower before use, no glass, no children under 14 without adult supervision, and always replace the cover.


Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs in The Lookout for a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs. Please review our full pet rules in the House Rules section (e.g., crated when left alone, no pets on furniture without cover, pick up waste).
