The space
We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority.
This bright and updated two bed, one bath 1905 built Victorian Cottage that comfortably sleeps four and is located ~1 mi. from the heart of downtown (700sqft). Enjoy the houses wonderful natural light, outdoor space and easy access to numerous parks!
PARKING
You have one dedicated off street parking spot. Additional parking is available on the street which is close, free and plentiful.
KEYLESS ENTRY
Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry with easy step by step instructions.
KITCHEN
Upon opening the door, you will enter into the fully loaded cottage kitchen. You will find plenty of tools for making some delicious meals in the kitchen.
We provide salt, pepper, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a kettle. We even provide a few snacks for you to enjoy during your stay.
In the fridge you will find bottled water, filtered water and even a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay.
Cleaning supplies and extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink.
DINING
There is a small table and chairs located in the kitchen that may also be used for dining or as a work space.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided. There is a broom, dustpan and vacuum in the space next to the laundry. An iron and ironing board are located in the second bedroom closet.
LIVING ROOM
Lounge on the comfortable couch and enjoy Netflix, Hulu or SlingTV on the 47" TV with Roku. An assortment of games and books are also provided in the living room. The house manual is located on the coffee table and provides local food and attraction recommendations, emergency contact information and answers to just about any questions that could come up. The Nest thermostat is also located in the living room.
MASTER
The master bedroom is located off the living room. It has an extremely comfortable queen bed and fresh linens for you comfort. It has a ceiling fan and a window AC for warmer days. There is a spacious closet and a luggage rack for your convenience.
BATH
The bathroom is located to the left off the master bedroom. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. We also provide fresh towels and wash cloths for your stay. There is a hair dryer and a first aid kit in the cabinet under the bathroom sink.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is located off of the master bedroom. It also has a comfortable queen bed and a spacious closet.
FAMILY TRAVEL
There is a Pack N Play located in the second bedroom. An array of games are available in the living room.
BUSINESS TRAVEL
Keyless entry is available for your convenience as well as fast WIFI.
OUTSIDE
There is a beautiful backyard that you may take advantage of. Enjoy the shade and fruit of the cherry blossom tree or sit on the back patio and enjoy your morning coffee. The yard at the cottage is private, fenced in and is for your use. There are string lights, chairs and a small table on the front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Guest access
You will have access to the ENTIRE house. Access to the house is done with keypad lock, a unique code only valid during your stay will be granted to you during check-in.
Other things to note
Additional fees: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing.
