Quiet, safe family neighborhood centrally located and close to Patty Jewett Golf Course. Only a 5 min drive to downtown Colorado Springs. Patty Jewett Municipal Course is a short, 5 min drive from the house. There are 2 living areas in this home, giving everyone plenty of space.
The main level is great for entertaining. The kitchen bar has seating for 2 and the dining table seats 6. Your entire group will love hanging out together in this space. On the upper level, you have access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, dinging area, front porch and the back patio and yard. Down to the lower level living space is the Master suite with office space, one bathroom, the laundry room, play area, and a spacious movie area with reclining couch in view of 55” TV.
Outdoor spaces are what Colorado is all about! The renovated back yard is a great place to relax and take in what Colorado has to offer. Gather around the built in gas fire pit, soak in the private/secluded hot tub, grill out on the gas BBQ, and enjoy dinner at the outdoor picnic table. Whether it's coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening, this will be your favorite space to relax!
Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. There are two bedrooms with king beds at this property. There are side tables with lamps, and the a desk in the basement master, allowing for plenty of privacy while working. The queen bedroom is on the upper level, has side tables with lamps. The "bunkroom" is a twin over twin bunk bed.
Children
Those travelling with little ones will love that we have a pack n play and high chair. We also have kids plates, cups and flatware.
Laundry
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board onsite. We provide a few laundry pods for you to use.
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms with full size bathtub and shower. We provide spa quality bodywash, hand soap, cotton swabs and extra rolls of toilet paper.
Parking
The private driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles for off-street parking. There is plenty of additional free street parking right out front.
Outdoor
A large front porch with plenty of seating and well landscaped front yard. The back yard has an outdoor picnic table for adults and matching picnic table for kids. The backyard is fully fenced (Perfect for pets!) and has a large gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit, and private/secluded hot tub!
