THE SPACE
Step inside and stretch out, this home was made for gathering. Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, and its own TV for private relaxation. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. Two more queen rooms can be found on this upper level. Heading down to the basement there is another king room and a second room with two queen beds providing flexibility for any group.
The additional sleeping area includes a twin sofa sleeper, making it great for kids or an extra guest.
The open-concept living room includes a couple cozy couches and a 60" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the game.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, full-sized appliances, and a dining area ready for big breakfasts or evening takeout. Check out the Coffee bar right off the kitchen for your morning pick me up!
There's also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

OUTDOORS

- Home has strict NO pets rule.
- Please note that the garage is not available for use during your reservation.
- Please review the House Rules prior to booking.
- Home is located in an HOA neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and abide by ALL house rules
- For the security of the property, exterior cameras are in place. A noise monitoring device is also installed to detect elevated decibel levels and help prevent disturbances or unauthorized gatherings. It does not have the capability to record.
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
