⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half-hour late.



đŸ’” Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

You will hear the frequent trains passing through town and see transients in the area near the Salvation Army. Our home is safe, fully fenced, and ready for a great vacation!



✅ City Permit: Don't worry about our stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city: A-STRP-26-0136

Cute little house in a great downtown location! We did run into a minor cleanliness issue—when we turned on the ceiling fan, a noticeable amount of dust came down. I’m someone who always sleeps with a fan, so it stood out right away. That said, the property manager/owner was very responsive and quick to address our message, which we really appreciated. Overall, a nice stay with great communication.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Chose this location so we could do lots of walking but after being approached by someone looking for a syringe while we were unpacking we really didn’t feel safe. Kitchen was lacking-needs some decent pans, more forks (there were 3) and a coffee maker. Needs a chair in the living room. Train noise kept us up all hours. Toilet “nook” is challenging for anyone over 6’. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Cigarette butts on the porch and the house smelled like old smoke. Dog poop all over back yard which I cleaned up when I was out with my own dog. Disappointing for the money!

3 Day Stay

I was late making reservations and was glad to find the place. The description is accurate. The street is near downtown and a bit sketch. The inside was redone nicely. Be aware there is no closet, and only two small hanger stands. You won't be unpacking. Suitcase on the floor.The bed is comfortable and the couch, though older is full size.The bath is dark, and the shower good. The washer and dryer is a great touch.There is one heater in the LR, no heat in the BR or bath. The bath needed it.I found new gratitude for every other host I've had as renjoy was unable to accommodate a bag drop. It forced a new errand into a tight schedule. The autolock never worked. but there was a physical key drop box. Responses were quick.

Cute little getaway not too far from the city!

Cute little place! Very nice and cozy! Very well kept and taken care of ! The neighborhood was alittle sketchy, alot of homeless people around the area so just be aware of your surroundings. Dont travel alone! good food in the area less the a few miles away in all directions!

Cute and Cozy

Exploring Colorado Springs with my husband for the first time. The house was lovely and accommodating. It was especially cold inside when we arrived and had some trouble-shooting to get the heater to work initially, but managed to get it set perfectly. My handy husband was able to fix the screws to the bedroom fan blades, so that it would spin properly without hitting the glass lights. Very close to popular downtown areas and easy to navigate to other areas of town. No complaints - would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very Peaceful

It's was peaceful private I met with friends and family while in town and this little place was perfect well taken care of I was able to work quietly..Would defeniltily book again.Owner was very accommodating had an easy private check in. She had it perfectly prepared and clean with items in case you forgot laundry and all for emergency! Loved it and took great care of it as if it were my own .Thank you for sharing your home!
