One of the most unique aspects of the property is what guests affectionately call “The Smithsonian” — an incredible collection of authentic arrowheads and Native American artifacts discovered right here in this area over many years.

These are real artifacts found locally that connect guests to the history and land surrounding The Springs. Arrowhead hunting is also permitted on our privately owned food plots and designated areas throughout the property.

One of the most unique features of the spring is its remarkably consistent water temperature, remaining approximately 65 degrees year-round. The cool, crystal-clear water creates a peaceful atmosphere no matter the season. Low likelihood of attracting alligators due to the cooler temp. of spring and size of spring to conducive to large alligators.

Guests love spending time at the spring fishing from the dock, relaxing by the water, or gathering near the waterfront after a day outdoors.

The dock provides a great setup for fishing, while the pontoon boat equipped with a trolling motor offers an even better way to experience the water and natural beauty around the property.

The home’s full wrap-around porch also provides plenty of additional space for gathering, entertaining, and setting up extra tables and seating for larger groups.
