You are renting both the 1st and 2nd floors of a residential complex, with access to all rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement and two storage closets are reserved for housekeeping use only.

If you're driving, unlimited free street parking is available in the area, along with one off-street parking spot behind the house.

All floors of this property are short-term rentals, so we're not on the premises. However, we're always just a quick message away. Feel free to reach out to us via the Airbnb app or website at any time. We typically reply to messages right away between 9 AM and 9 PM.

-CLEANED & SANITIZED -
We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house. Our two bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized every day.

- CHECK-IN -
Check in is at 4pm.

- CHECK-OUT -
Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation.

- PARKING -
There is one dedicated off-street parking available plus plentiful free street parking along E Rich St. and neighboring streets. Please just pay attention to any non-parking signs in the area and avoid that spot.

- SECURITY CAMERA -
Please note that we have a security camera outside of the house by the front and rear door entrances for the safety of all guests.
