This bright and well-furnished three-room apartment offers a comfortable and sophisticated stay in one of the most convenient areas for visiting the city and the surroundings of Lake Como, also by public transport. The living room is spacious and cosy, furnished with a sofa, a cabinet with TV and a refined round table for four, ideal for convivial dinners. The modern kitchen, in white tones with an elegant wooden countertop, is fully equipped with all appliances and the necessities to prepare and serve meals as at home. On one of the living room walls, a painting depicts the beautiful village of Argegno, overlooking Lake Como.

After the corridor, you enter the first bedroom, with two single beds and a clothes rack for storing your clothes. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a rejuvenating rest.

The modern and functional bathroom has a washer/dryer and a spacious shower with walls decorated with floral motifs. The wooden washbasin shelf adds a touch of class to the room.

The living room borders a lovely balcony furnished with a small table and two comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying the sun in fine weather.

Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

You will admire the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth a visit; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner al fresco dining all year round; Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city.In just a few minutes you arrive in Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat to the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).





How to get there:

By car: From the A9 motorway take the "Como - Monte Olimpino" exit at the first roundabout take the first exit and continue on "Via Bellinzona". At the second roundabout take the second exit. In 4 minutes you will be in front of the flat, which is on the left hand side. By public transport: When you arrive at the "Como San Giovanni Station" go to the stop "Como - S. Ronchetto" and take the bus N.1 direction "Como-Recchi" for 7 stops and get off at the stop "Como- Roncate (Villa Aprica)". there you will find yourself in front of the flat. Or you can walk to the "Como Lago Station", walk to the stop "Stazione Lago" and take the bus N.7 direction "Como- lungolario trento", get off after 10 stops at the stop "Como - Ceresio (Bixio)". From there in 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the flat.
