This charming loft cabin features 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6, a fun recreation space, ample parking, a mudroom, an outdoor BBQ, and plenty of comfy seating to unwind and enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in Fairplay area, 10min from Hwy 285. All the properties in the area sit on 35+ acres, so you will have complete privacy. Property address will be provided with check-in instructions.



Getting Around:

To get to Fairplay Stargazer, you can follow these general directions:



Determine your starting point and head to Fairplay, Colorado.

Once you're in Fairplay, locate the nearest major road, such as Highway 9 or Highway 285, depending on your approach.

Please keep in mind that road conditions and directions may change, so it's always a good idea to double-check with a current map or GPS system for the most accurate and up-to-date directions.



We recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to welcome your dogs but in order to main and sanitize the place, a pet fee of $85 applies per dog. Airbnb does not charge for the 2nd pet fee. Please message us first if you will be bringing more than 1 dog.

NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have access to the entire cabin, deck and outdoor spaces. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.



Guest Requirements Prior to Booking:



** Must be at least 21 years old and has completed Airbnb's and VRBO's ID verification



** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old



** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

** To protect our guests and ourselves there is an outdoor motion sensor camera on recording 24/7. No cameras inside the home for our guests' privacy.

** We recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.
