Villa Lilium is a bright villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Lilium you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Lilium is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, direct access to the sea, private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Praiano, roughly 400 meters (440 yards) from a restaurant and the beach. You will find a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Lilium from the parking area going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 28 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lilium. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Villa Lilium is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an annex on the premises.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a concrete platform. You will reach it going down a walkway that includes approximately 180 stairway steps.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the third terrace going down approximately 150 stairway steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.8 meters (9.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Terrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. You will reach it from the parking area going down approximately 20 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.

The parking space is suitable for two cars.
Top LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. You will reach it from the first terrace going down approximately eight stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with lucid white and blue tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
