This one-story house is perfect for family vacations that include small children and seniors – “no stairs to climb”! Located just off River Road, and minutes from the Frio River. Comfortable outdoor setting with stone patio, picnic tables, BBQ pit, horseshoes, outdoor fire pit, and of course, the spacious safety fenced POOL! Beautiful oak trees provide ample shade for hot summer days. The outdoor “hacienda” style entry for bedrooms 3 & 4. These bedrooms both have private baths (showers) and 2 queen beds, each sleeping 4. Conveniently located near the swimming pool, there is a half bath located from the outdoor patio area.
Fully furnished kitchen with most basic kitchen needs (pots/pans, plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils) microwave, dishwasher; Central Air/Heat; stackable washer/dryer; flat screen Satellite TV/DVD; outdoor BBQ; picnic tables; extra outdoor seating; outdoor fire ring; outdoor horseshoe pit, and a beautiful swimming pool convenient for your family and friends! PARK VIEW has huge native oaks that provide wonderful shade for your outdoor entertainment.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guests the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks' notice before arrival. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 4 – 1 full; 1 twin/twin bunk bed
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 4 – 2 queen
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 4 – 2 queen

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Tall kitchen bags
