The area is newly built homes, quiet, and secure. Quiet townhouse and 17 miles away from the heart of San Francisco. The house is close to the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco. There are lots of local amenities, new restaurants, a brewery, and Starbucks.

The area is perfect for trips to San Francisco, sailing school, graduation for Berkeley students, Napa wine tasting, and visiting the Bay Area overall.

From the Richmond Marina Ferry (Please check operation schedule) to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes. A faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.

The property is three floors and will require going up and down stairs.

A perfect place

The house is located in a very well-kept, quiet residential area near the marina. It has all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. It is generously proportioned, spacious, well furnished and cozy. The check-in process was very easy using the PIN code. The ferry port is not far away, from which you can reach San Francisco in just over half an hour at a low price. We spent a week there and enjoyed the time very much.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat uns total überrascht, noch einmal deutlich größer über 3 Etagen als vorher gedacht. Küche mit allem was man braucht, vor allem die 2 Schlafzimmer in der obersten Etage sehr schön, das ganz unten etwas spartanisch aber absolut in Ordnung. Kurze Fahrt zur Fähre für uns Faule (man könnte auch laufen) gerade am Wochenende zu empfehlen da dann schon einmal Stau vor den Brücken nach San Francisco sein kann. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit Charles,...auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Very clean, quiet with a lot of space

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. It was a delight. Everything was as described. We had a lot of extra room. The condo is very clean and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting from Germany and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. There was so much space. It was wonderful for my family. Our two kids each had their own bed room. It was clean and a very quiet and only about 30 Min to get to San Francisco by car. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Tolle Unterkunft

Super ruhige Lage in einer sicheren Wohnanlage. Sauber und gepflegt nur zu empfehlen wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken. Preis für sf ok, Marina bay liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum dafür kann man sein Auto beruhigt abends abstellen. Es gibt eine günstige fährverbindung zu fisherman warf so das das auto gar nicht in die viel zu vollen Straßen von sf muss. Haus über 3 Etagen voll klimatisiert 3 Schlafzimmer 1x im Erdgeschoss und 2x ganz oben, jedes mit eigenem Bad, im 1 OG offene voll ausgestatte Küche ( genügend Teller Gläser und Besteck - das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt)mit essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Uns hat es super gefallen und sind nachdem wir einige andere Unterkünfte auf unsere Rundreise nun hinter uns haben der Meinung diese war eine der schönsten. Zum Haus gehört eine Garage die aber nicht genutzt werden kann ( steht so aber auch in der Beschreibung) Parkplätze gibt es in der Wohnanlage nicht unbedingt reichlich wenn man später wie 17 Uhr einen Parkplatz sucht wird es manchmal schwierig ist uns 1x passiert. Musste dann außerhalb gegenüber des Yachthafens / 100 Meter entfernt von einer Polizeistation parken, ca 5 min zu laufen zur Unterkunft - kostenfrei und beleuchtet

Very nice home, as advertised.

Me and my family stayed 4 nights in this home and we were very satisfied. The home met everyone of our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and showed pride of ownership. It has beautiful hardwood floors and a modern kitchen that was well stocked. The location was great and was a short drive to Berkeley where we have family. I recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

SF Weekend

Nicely appointed and comfortable. A very quiet neighborhood which is a nice change from the bustling City! The Richmond neighborhood didn’t offer much for us but it served as a great base for launching our travels throughout the Bay Area. Our host, Charles, was very responsive and communicated timely. All in all, a great value accomodation for the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Excellent place to stay! Would definitely book again!

Very nice place! Very quiet and safe community. Very clean and comfortable. Love that each room has its own bathroom. The master bath was huge! Everything worked as expected. Front door code didn’t work at first but got in touch with the host and issues was resolved in just a couple of minutes. Parking is plentiful but we once had to wait until later in the evening to find a spot since much of it is guest parking. This is a 3-level unit. First level has 1 bedroom/bath and laundry. Second level is kitchen, family, living and half bath. Third level are the 2 remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with someone who is not able to climb stairs very well. Otherwise, this place was fantastic!!!

Spacious Clean and comfortable

Stayed for 3 nights. Split level. one bed room on main floor the living space/kitchen are on 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on top. Beds were comfortable. It was cold so we used the heater and it worked quickly! Would definitely stay again. Parking was a but of a hassle but we were always able to find a spot. Walked to the port to go to the pier in San Francisco but its also a quick uber ride away.

Birthday Trip

My granddaughter picked San Francisco for her birthday trip. Our trip would consist of going to the National Park to see the Redwoods,Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39. The house was as described. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. First problem was the coffee/tea station. No coffee filters or regular sugar. The WiFi was not very good. The streaming programs were limited. So we all just used our devices to stream and watch movies. The water pressure was low. But the water was hot. Parking was limited. Location was great. We had everything within a few miles. Walmart was a little farther away. Overall it was a good place to stay. Just needs some fine tuning.The host wasn’t needed so can’t really say anything about that. Check in and out was a breeze. I like that we were able to check in at 12 versus 4 like the others. The house was clean. Neighborhood was quiet.

San Francisco family vacation

The property was great. Easy to get to with close access to the interstate from either direction going to and from the city. The ferry station and bart are also close by for use of public transportation, both of which we used on our trip. The host was great at answering questions and we would stay there again. Clean, safe, comfortable. Parking in street spots, sometimes lucky and we were right in front of the row of houses. Check in and out were easy and wethere.

Microwave did not work owner did not makecarrangements to repair while we were there oven was so dirty that when we preheated oven the kitchen filled with smoke setting off alarms listing does no detail whst is on each floor we assumed 1st floor would be main floor but it was on second floor wife cant climb stairs so we had to sleep downstairs in two twin beds i had to cook and bring her meaks down to her.

Across the Bay

This unit provided us 3 nights to be in proximity to San Francisco. You can drive into SF proper by 2 routes either from north across the Golden Gate or across the Oakland-SF Bay bridge. Also, there is ferry access close by to do a water route to SF pier area. The unit was very accommodating for us and our two teenage granddaughters. Free parking close to the unit in what proved to be a safe and private community area.
