Good not great
Our arrival to the property was fine even there was construction. The lobby scent is undeniably off and smells like pine sol. The area is clean and modern. Love the waterfall posted!
Our rooms were available early! But our checkin was slow because it was her second day. I swiped my card three times. Check in especially when we paid through a third party vendor should be a quick win. Then, the receipt for incidentals show $80 instead of $0.
The manager came to support and was very apologetic.
We get to our room and it looks good. The bathroom is big. It turns out it wasn’t cleaned well. Food in the fridge and beer in the garbage can so hopefully the bedding was changed. I called the front office to report it, but no one came. We were so tired, we fell asleep.
The morning staff was kind and offered help. Breakfast was good. The waffle maker is always a win. I love the sugar free syrup option.
Overall, they needed to sweat the small stuff to better improve the experience. Just good.
