This cozy 23 m² studio apartment is built in a container-style houseboat and includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well insulated and features underfloor heating throughout, allowing you to easily control the temperature and stay warm and cozy even during the cold winter months.

On top, you’ll find a spacious rooftop terrace – perfect for your morning coffee, sunbathing, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment is located directly on the water, with swimming access and free use of a kayak and SUP board during your stay.

Just a 2-minute walk away is Reffen – a world-renowned street food market with delicious food from all over the globe. Nearby you’ll also find Hart Bageri, the acclaimed bakery connected to the Michelin-starred Noma restaurant.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with both buses and harbor ferries taking you straight into the city center.

This is my personal home, so you’ll find some of my belongings here. I simply ask that you treat the space with care and respect. Fresh towels and bed linens will, of course, be provided for your stay.
