Treat yourself to this luxury, newly remodeled townhome in the East Village of Copper Mountain, situated on the Copper Creek Golf Course with astonishing views of the Ten Mile Range Sky Chutes. It's just a short walk or a ride on the free Copper Coach to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift with 2,000 vertical feet. Be skiing or riding Colorados premier powder runs and bowls in minutes. Enjoy free groomed cross-country ski and snowshoe trail access right from your back door! This rare, full-access 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome offers plenty of storage with no restrictive owner lock-off closets or kitchen cabinets.

The main level is designed for entertainment and comfort, featuring an open-concept great room and dining room that flow into a modern, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and a four-chair breakfast bar. The dining room offers extraordinary panoramic mountain views. Additional amenities include a Keurig coffee bar with a second microwave, mini-fridge, and USB charging station.

Pets are allowed to join you on vacation in this unit! The fee is $100 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs.

The home is equipped with new high-speed fiber optic internet/TV, a new flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The main level also includes a full bath with a luxurious walk-in stone shower, a queen guest bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.

The second level features the master bedroom with a queen bed, two large closets, and a luxury en suite bathroom with twin sinks, a jacuzzi, and a Toto washlet bidet. A stackable washer and dryer are also located on this level.

For your convenience, there is a heated vestibule with a bench for changing boots, a storage nook for gloves and hats, and a large coat closet. A very large private ski locker is available to accommodate all your gear!

The driveway offers parking space for two mid-size cars in front of the garage. Please do not block the sidewalk! Note that there is no access to the garage. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Parking Lot.

The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, a 5-minute walk. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to both Center Village and West Village. This is also a stop for the free Summit Express bus to Frisco, Leadville, Breckenridge, and Keystone.

Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the third week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by visiting the Copper Mountain website.

Good size unit and location to mountain. Can technically walk to the super bee lift (5-10 minutes), but Copper coach (free shuttle) is very easy to get to central or west villages. Listing was accurate. There is no bbq for grilling in case you want that. Ski locker storage and mud room entryway are great for storage. Ideal for single family of 4-6 people and dog friendly. The master bedroom bed was the only thing not comfortable for us. The mattress could use an upgrade and room is big enough to fit a king size mattress.

We stayed for five days and four nights and had a very good experience overall. The home has been nicely updated and is well maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home.The host was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process, which we appreciated.Our only recommendation would be to consider upgrading the beds and pillows to enhance overall comfort. Aside from that, it was a solid stay, and we would recommend this property to others.

Great property

The town house worked out great for us, 4 adults and 2 dogs. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Beds are on the softer side, not too soft/worn out, but if you prefer firm beds you'll notice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. It has a few spices (next to dishwasher in a little cabinet, hard to find) but no other oils, condiments, so bring whatever you may need. Also no ziploc bags or saran wrap/aliminum foil so bring those too if you'll be needing. The water filter in the fridge needs changing it beeped while we were there and we had an electrical issue with a bad GFI but SkyRun was very responsive and had it fixed in a couple of hours, on a Sunday morning. Very nice weekend and we'd book it again for sure!

Spacious and quiet with awesome views!

I rented this unit for almost 3 weeks in August and we were overall pleased. It is very spacious and uncluttered with comfortable furniture and located on the golf course in East Village. The mudroom provided a very convenient drop zone and we enjoyed the big screen TV in the living room. We also loved sitting out on the deck with a view of the mountains and watching parachuters descend from the other side of Breckenridge. Hiking and biking trails are accessible from the property which was a big plus for us! The neighborhood is nicely maintained with lots of grassy yards (as opposed to just brush and scrub found in many neighborhoods) and pet friendly. My dog enjoyed taking walks in the cool mornings and exploring the back yard. We appreciated that the neighborhood had pet waste bags and containers. We found a few shortcomings with the kitchen which was a bit disappointing as we like to cook breakfasts and dinners a few times/week. These included worn cooking skillets that should be replaced as they did not cook evenly on the electric range which was also subpar for us (uneven temps) and several cooking utensils that should also be replaced such as the vegetable peeler and knives. The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, paper towels, a sponge, and salt and pepper but little else. The property manager – Sky Run – was very nice and responded to our questions and requests promptly. Amazon packages are delivered to their office for pick-up.

The place was extremely comfortable and roomy for our family. Vary convenient to get to lifts. Only downsides were that the water had an auto shutoff that mgr needed to reset, and the coffee maker wasn’t working and was not replaced.

Awesome condo; excellent location

The unit is exactly as it looks in the picture so you know what to expect. This unit is a very easy walk with full ski equipment to Super Bee lift which had virtually no lines in the morning or throughout the day when we were there. Also, for our group (all adults), we liked being away from Central Village. If we wanted the crowds, it was easy enough to get over there. Last, it is a quick 10 min drive back to Frisco for a large and wide variety of dining options, grocery store, etc. I had a minor maintenance issue and the property manager was very responsive. A small negative is that when we stayed, the lighting in the master bedroom, a single lamp, was dreary. Hanging out in the master bedroom wasn't the trip's focus so this was okay.
