Surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, beautifully laid out, and equipped with a generously sized private pool, Acharavi Beach Villa will be able to leave speechless even the most demanding guests. The spacious interiors (of around 300 sqm) are surrounded by extensive terraces and the wide gardens have plenty of space for relaxing, sunbathing, or dining al-fresco using the superb barbecue with pizza oven provided: this is a true rarity for a villa in such a central location!

Inside, this luxury vacation rental is set over 2 floors and is accessible via an imposing staircase. Entrance is onto a large lounge, featuring comfortable sofas, stone fireplace, satellite TV and dining table for 10. Large windows and hundreds of spotlights on the ceiling provide a feeling of space and freedom. The separate kitchen, purposely built for this villa, features marble surfaces and the best Miele appliances available on the market (including dishwasher, oven, microwave etc). On the ground floor there are also a WC for guests, a double bedroom (with access to a secluded rear balcony), a family bathroom with bathtub + washing machine, a shower room.
The upper floor is accessed via a large internal staircase and has a spacious living area as well as the 4 remaining bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, while the 3 remaining bedrooms (respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin) share a family bathroom with hydromassage shower (also equipped with a tumble dryer). Patio doors give access to extensive terraces providing views over the garden and the pool. Mosquito nets are fitted in the windows and 2 powerful central air-conditioned units, of 24.000 btu each, are located in the living areas of each floor, cooling down quickly the whole villa even during the hottest days.

The outdoor areas of the villa, equally impressive, are completely fenced. The private swimming pool measures 10m x 5m (Roman Steps, depth 1.5m) and is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lawn. Comfortable sunbeds for all the guests and parasols are provided. The lovers of al-fresco dining will truly fall in love with the huge outdoor kitchen, equipped with brick-built barbecue and even a wood burning oven! Table and chairs for enjoying long meals under the Greek sky are provided both by the barbecue and in the rear terrace. The grounds are beautifully lit at night, for further enjoyment. Secure parking for 2 cars is also available.
