Bright, stylish and thoughtfully furnished, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for couples, families, and small groups who want easy access to the historic center while enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two separate bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds — along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an electric oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and cooking essentials. A water filter is installed on the tap, providing clean drinking water straight from the sink. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer, and for hot water guests simply press the “Power” button and then the “Hot Water” button about 5–10 minutes before showering, turning the power off again for safety before use. Additional amenities include air-conditioning in both bedrooms, fast WiFi up to 24 Mbps, washing machine, ironing equipment, and a Smart TV with Netflix. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 via keybox, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighbourhood are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. We aim to provide a smooth and comfortable stay, and are always happy to assist with local tips or special requests.
