A large terrace directly in front of the house provides unobstructed views of the sea and is an excellent spot to watch the morning sunrise. The layout is seamless, with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Α small hallway leads to a tastefully furnished twin bedroom , which can be configured as a double bed upon request. The balcony doors open directly onto a spacious private terrace with views of the sea. From the main living room, an impressive cast iron staircase leads to the first floor, which features a small mezzanine, a double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m), and a private bathroom with a waterfall shower and skylight. Externally, the stone's natural tones blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Just outside the door, the crystal infinity pool (6.50 m x 4.00 m, maximum depth 1.45 m) and fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area create the most dreamy setting. Please note: To access Villa Rizes, we highly recommend using a 4x4 or high-clearance vehicle, as the last 700 meters leading up to the villa is an unpaved road.
