Sofa bed in lounge for 5th guest if required.Path to the beach,supermarkets, tavernas within 1 min walk. Use of Elia's Pool (5 min walk) is free to pool bar customers.

This is one of the few properties on ground level with it's own private spacious terrace overlooking the beach and off road parking.

The ground floor apartment consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with access to the back terrace.

Our cleaning fee covers the cost of our housekeeping service and cleaning supplies. We do not clean the property while our guests are staying with us. We only clean the property after our guests leave. If staying more than 7 nights the bed linen will be changed on the 7th day.
