Villa Belvedere - living up to its name 'beautiful view'

Spectacular views and supreme comfort are offered by the newly-constructed Villa Belvedere situated in an area close to Kassiopi at Loutses. This large villa is sited in the tree-clad hills between Perithia and the historic abandoned village of Old Perithia built in the 19th Century to ward off marauding pirates praying on Corfu residents.
Just six minutes' drive from the nearest beach and coast road, Villa Belevedere offers panoramic views from its 20 metre wide pool terrace, plus it also features bedroom and kitchen balconies.
A self-contained family suite with two walk-in wet rooms provide increased privacy. At the same time, this suite offers unrestricted views.
The three large upper bedrooms in the villa have vaulted ceilings and balconies.
Views go down and across the valley to the Ionian Sea, taking in Corfu's three satellite islands of Ereikoussa, Mathraki and Othonoi. These islands provide a spectacular backdrop to sunsets. You can also see even further across the sea to the mountains of Albania.
The pool is 10 x 5 metres and the main terrace is equipped with sun beds and parasols, plus a table for alfresco dining. A garden terrace has a BBQ, bar area, fridge and pool table.
Wi-fi, TV with a full pack of channels, stereo and DVD player take care of entertainment needs.
Villa Belevedere is a 45 minute drive from the airport and is well situated for spending warm evenings in the bars and restaurants around the natural harbour of Kassiopi. An evening walk around the walls of Kassiopi's abandoned castle is a must.
Closer to the villa, there are the typical Greek restaurants of Jelatis and Harry's Taverna.
Further restaurants can be found in Old Perithia again a short drive.

I designed the villa's features to take full advantage of its elevated situation just far away from Corfu tourist hotspots to provide the perfect holiday break for up to eight people.
