The villa features an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining area and a living space adorned with a hand-carved marble fireplace. Additional amenities include a sauna for relaxation and a remarkable veranda terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs—a perfect setting to unwind as the day comes to a close.
This opulent home from home comprises four ensuite bedrooms, including a grand master bedroom. Each room is thoughtfully designed with ample storage and desk space, accompanied by a private balcony featuring a seating area—a tranquil spot to appreciate the scenery. The villa also boasts its own private swimming pool, complete with a pool house bar for refreshing drinks, and a built-in BBQ for crafting the perfect summer lunch. Villa Karydia offers an exquisite blend of luxury and functionality for a memorable stay.
Due to the hillside location, this villa is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties. If hiring a car, a small car is advised instead of a minibus.

For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge. Children must be supervised at all times.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 157cm wide. As you enter the patio via the lounge doors, this area is flat and tiled. This then leads onto crazy paving and 10 steps down to the pool area. The path to the pool area is 94cm wide. Inside, there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 3 steps from the kitchen to the lounge area. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 78cm wide. The double bedroom on the first floor has a door width of 69cm, whilst the ensuite door is 58cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
