Villa Melissi Afionas Corfu

Villa Melissi is located on the western coastal side of Corfu in the village of Afionas. The spacious villa is fully equipped with all amenities for big groups and families up to 8 people. Melissi Villa offers the most stunning views to the open Ionian Sea, the villages of Arillas and Agios Stefanos forming an acroterion and magnificent sunsets when the sun goes down. The spacious two story villa of 173sq.m has been adjusted for guests who wish to have a comfortable stay and enjoy their vacation.
Entering the villa on the ground floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with king size bed (160*200cm), vintage details and a large glazing door with access to the balcony with that breathless view of the Ionian Sea. An air-conditioner and an en-suite bath with bathtub is there to complete the coziness. The second bedroom has two twin beds (100*200cm), features air-conditioning and has also access to the balcony with amazing sea views. The third bedroom is with double bed (140*200cm), available fan, and large glazing door and balcony access with view to Afionas Suburbs. A second spacious bathroom serves the needs of these two bedrooms.
On the upper floor of the villa which is accessed by an interior marbled staircase there is a huge open space with living room and dining area. The view from the living room and the balcony is astonishing. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests. By the side there is a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities and electrical appliances for the guests. Another bath with a shower is set on that floor. The space is also air-conditioned.
Villa Melissi also offers free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hobs, toastier, kettle, espresso machine and filter coffee machine.. A portable barbeque and outdoor furnishers on the balcony. A small garden that exists before the entrance of the house and two parking spaces are available for you.

Afionas is one of the oldest villages in Corfu, built in a magnificent location, on a mountainous area that offers magnificent views of the open sea, the rocky islet of Gravia, the Diapontia islands, as well as the unique sunset. On the right of Afionas, you can marvel at the bay of Arillas and on the left, the bay of Agios Georgios with its wonderful beach. Afionas is a very picturesque village with colorful houses and cobblestone streets. The central church of the village is Agios Ioannis, built in 1636. Next to the church, there is a monument dedicated to Hector Yalopsou, the naval officer who was killed in Imia in 1996 and came from here. Below Afionas, is the famous double beach Porto Timoni. It is basically two beaches, separated from each other by a narrow strip of land. The left beach is called Limni and has turquoise waters, while on the right is Porto Timoni with dark blue waters. You will reach them after hiking for about 20 minutes. You can also go hiking in Afionas, and visit the Corfu Microbrewery in Arillas. You can try diving, boating and water sports at Agios Georgios Pagon beach.
