Interior:
The villa has four floors, all connected by a large wooden spiral staircase. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a spacious open-plan area, consisting of a sitting area with TV, dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with central island. The rooms are particularly bright, thanks to the French windows in the dining area and the kitchen, with direct access to the garden. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine floor (up 8 steps of the spiral staircase) and consists of two double bedrooms, one with a 238 cm-diameter circular bed, served by a bathroom with shower. The first floor has access to the attic composed of a double bedroom with queen-size bed, and to two small terraces with a splendid view of the Rimini hills on one side and the Adriatic sea on the other. On the basement floor is a bathroom with shower without bidet and a wellness area consisting of a not-heated whirlpool tub with waterfall and a sauna. The floor is completed by a laundry area.
Park:
The 1000 sq m garden is completely enclosed with wire mesh and hedges that surround the perimeter of the villa, for greater privacy from neighbouring properties. It consists of a paved area, with the swimming pool, relaxation areas and large outdoor dining area, and of a lawn area, embellished with flowers such as bougainvillea and calla lilies, and fruit trees such as pomegranates and lemons. The automatic pedestrian gate opens onto the lawn area located at the side of the villa that is set on a raised level. A few steps lead to the pool area and to the main entrance. Inside the property is a 2-car parking area, accessible from the automatic driveway gate.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The irregular, triangle-shaped swimming pool is located a few steps from the main entrance of the villa. The pool, lined in resin and purified with chlorine, measures 10 x 6 m with a maximum depth of 1.50 m. Within the pool is a water jet and there is also a hot-water shower. The solarium area, partly paved and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella, while the pergola in front is set up as a relaxation area furnished with a circular sofa and coffee table. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes, € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
