The space
The lake (Inchiquin Lake) is renowned for fishing, and you will see boats on it daily. Fishing can be arranged over at the pier. The surrounding area is great for nature walks in the Burran, its a 5-mile trek to Mullaghmore peak. The village of Corofin is approx 1.5km and has several shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Guest access
The property has a private gravel driveway, which is 2 fields off the main road. There is access to the lake and the private jetty. Some areas are rocky, and care is needed.
Other things to note
The grounds around the house are natural, and areas are left to grow by itself in keeping with the land. There is some rocky area at the waters edge. If you are looking for a child friendly outdoorspace, this may not suit .
