Mid Level: Features a main bedroom with a TV. Two bedrooms share a bathroom. There also is a hot tub on the eastern deck. Top Level: This floor offers a living room with an electric fireplace and entertainment center, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a ship\'s watch with a game table. The main bedroom with a TV is located here. The ocean views add to this home\'s appeal, as well as the screened porch with a picnic table off of the kitchen. Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private unheated pool, hot tub, electric fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, DVD, CD/stereo, high chair, basketball hoop, screened porch, picnic table, and free long-distance calling within the US and Canada. Beach Access is 130 yards. - Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
- Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available.
- You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
