This beautifully decorated, dog friendly vacation oasis has everything you could want - with 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths and a Queen Sofa Bed! Open the Keyless Entry front door into a large open concept family room/kitchen where you and your friends and family will create amazing beach memories!

The well-stocked, fully outfitted kitchen features a full suite of stainless-steel appliances including a full-size side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal and DOUBLE OVEN (upgrade), coffee makers (Keurig and drip) and an abundance of shaker style storage cabinets. Children's plates, cups and glasses! You will love the 9-foot kitchen Island, with seating for six, covered in a beautiful Corian countertop, perfect for eating, working, zooming, or playing games with your family and friends.

Family room features a queen sleeper SECTIONAL and 65 INCH SMART TV (upgrade) along with games, puzzles, books and more!!!

Just beyond the family room, you will enjoy a nice sized laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, pack and play, high chair, broom/dust pan, mop/bucket, iron/ironing board, full length mirror and vacuum. Across the hall is a full-size bath (bathtub/shower), (DOUBLE SINK VANITY-upgrade) which is shared by one of the two KING bedrooms. The Primary King Bedroom has its own private luxury shower. Both King bedrooms feature comfortable luxurious mattresses, stylish décor, and smart TVs with cable. The Queen Sofa Bed in the living room has a complete sheet set, pillows, extra towels and a quilt provided.

Head outside and down to the pool or the beach! You can also enjoy a ground level front porch with plenty of seating where you will have outstanding views of the Currituck Lighthouse and the magnificent sunsets over the Whalehead Club, both are right across the street! In addition, this Cottage comes with goodies for your short walk to the beach access! We provide 4 BEACH CHAIRS, 1 BEACH CART, a BEACH UMBRELLA, and sand umbrella holder, 6 beach towels and 2-26 inch adult BEACH CRUISERS (Bikes) with locks for biking around Corolla!.

Outside in the closet near the grill is a large, rolling cooler for trips to the pool and the beach and also a FULL SIZE COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER (upgrade)! No more buying ice!

The 30 x 50 Community Salt Water Pool is surrounded by covered Cabanas you may rent - Each has its own TV, refrigerator and misting fan. Enjoy Poolside restrooms, tables and chairs and loungers galore!
If you’d like to start your vacation earlier than Check In time, you may rent a Pool Cabana and get early access to the Pool for the day!
Rental information for the Cabanas and Pickleball Court Rental will be sent to you ahead of your Check In Day!

Pool Hours: Daily 9am - Dusk, May - October

Community Gym now open! Hours 7 am - 9 pm daily!

Pickle Ball Courts - now open! Reserve in "Cabana Rental/PickleBall" Information that will be sent to you before your reserved dates. 8 am - 7 pm (last reservation at 7 pm)

There are 2 EV Charging Stations in the Community. We own a 220 volt charging cable and will be happy to share! Information and their locations will be sent to you with Check In Information, if requested!

Fire pits with seating surrounding the pool open all year.

Check In Information and your Keyless Entry Code will be sent to you the week of your Booking (or sooner!)

Check-In begins at 4pm.

The Keyless Entry Code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.

Check Out Information is available in the white "Saltwater Seaclusion" binder in the Cottage.


***LOOKING for More than 2 bedrooms...we have more! We have made arrangements with 5 other units (2 next door, 2 right across the street and 1 three doors down) to book our Cottages together when they are all available. Enjoy the privacy of your immediate family at bedtime while playing with your friends and additional family during the day. Assuming all of these Cottages are available when you choose to come, this option allows you to book up to 8 bedrooms for the same time period.
