Planen Sie ein großes Treffen wie ein Familientreffen, damit jeder an einem Ort bleiben kann. Dieses Haus ist im Currituck Club und wartet auf Sie! Von der obersten Etage genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und den Currituck Sound.

HÖCHSTSTUFE:
Es gibt 3 King Master Suiten auf dieser Ebene. Ein großer großer Raum bietet viel Platz zum Sitzen und Fernsehen. Der Essbereich (SitzplĂ€tze 24) und die Bartheke (SitzplĂ€tze 5) der PantrykĂŒche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Der Flur hat einen großen Vorratsschrank und es gibt auch eine halbe Badewanne. Ein Aufzug verbindet alle Ebenen dieses Hauses.

MITTLERE EBENE:
Auf der mittleren Ebene befinden sich 5 King Master Suiten, von denen die meisten Zugang zur Terrasse haben, und ein weiteres King Master Schlafzimmer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad und einem angrenzenden Schlafzimmer mit einem Pyramiden-Etagenbett.

EBENERDIG:
Das Erdgeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Herd / Backofen und einen Wohnbereich mit großem Flachbild-TV. In der NĂ€he befindet sich der Theaterraum mit 8 PlĂ€tzen, aber es gibt genĂŒgend Platz, damit kleine Kinder sitzen und ihre Lieblingsfilme schauen können. Jeder wird das hochmoderne Soundsystem genießen. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett neben einem Bad im Flur, das fĂŒr Behinderte zugĂ€nglich ist. Den Flur hinunter befindet sich ein Bonusraum mit einem Schrank (kein Einbauschrank), der 2 Pyramiden-Etagenbetten enthĂ€lt. In diesem Erdgeschoss befinden sich auch die WaschkĂŒche, ein weiteres WC und eine Garage fĂŒr zwei Autos.

EXTRAS:
Privater Pool (15x15 'L-Form, 8' breit) mit Außenbar und offener Cabana. FĂŒr Erwachsene steht ein separater Whirlpool zur VerfĂŒgung. Als GĂ€ste des Currituck Clubs, einer erstklassigen Wohnanlage, kann Ihre Familie die verschiedenen Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, darunter einen kostenlosen Trolley-Service zum Strand, einen Strand-Parkservice, ein Clubhaus mit Restaurants vor Ort, einen großen Gemeinschaftspool mit Kinderbecken, ein Fitnesscenter und Gerichte fĂŒr Tennis, Basketball und Volleyball! Spectacular home for family vacation

We absolutely loved this property. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, fabulous common areas, small but fun pool, and reliable trolly to and from beach. Kitchen was well appointed. Close proximity to grocery store was such a plus. We’d happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful house

We booked this house for an extended family vacation. It was perfect for our large group, with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, two kitchens, lots of balconies. The only minor thing was that the pool looked bigger in the photos vs. in real life (a trivial “problem”).

The house is amazing In an incredible area. The communication with the property manager was less than satisfactory. We were given contradictory information on when we could get into the house. We actually dropped by the property manager office prior to our arrival and the staff was not friendly. We were told we would get a call when the house would be ready—this never happened. As we descended on the house and walked up the stairs outside the entrance we found a used condom with a cigar inside it. How this could have been missed is beyond me. There were dirty towels in one bathroom along with toenail clippings. These are are few things we encountered entering the house. Otherwise the house was spacious and beautiful. Great place to hang out with family and friends. The owners sent a very nice care package which we greatly appreciated. They may need to reevaluate their property manager and housekeeping staff.

Holiday getaway

So glad I was able to find a quiet and beautiful space to bring together my extended family so that we could get a chance to ring in the New Year together away from the busy cities. There were great views of the waterways and a short hop to the beach. We plan to do this again!

2nd Annual Family Vacation

This was my family’s second year at this property. Love the location, space and amenities. The house was overall clean but was dusty and had spiderwebs everywhere. The stove and pool was not clean. The house was clean overall. We did not have issues and will rent again.

Beautiful House

House was beautiful, clean, well maintained, spacious,...We had a Family gathering of 13 Adults, 12 children....House has an elevator which made it easy to bring in luggage and groceries ... Nice Gift Bag to include a CHOCOLATE CAKE was sent over to us (LOVED IT)....House has a Movie Room which the kids Loved....Pool wasn’t open, but the Hot Tub was Nice...Family is going to ReBook this house for Next Year...

Need a place for your large gathering? This is it. With enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate most large events or family reunions this house is tastefully done and perfectly laid out for private space with gathering areas. Would return again.

For the money we invested, we were so disappointed!

You would expect to have perfection when you pay this kind of money for a family vacation.. After driving 7 hrs, you want to check in once you get to your destination, it was almost an hour late before the family could enter house. The pictures shows the beds made but most of the the rooms had the actual comforter on the floors in its closets. When called about why the quilted comforters and blankets smelled bad/ised/dirty, we were told it does not get washed, only the actual linens get washed, this was horrendous news to have paid 12 grand to hear that so everyone had to wash their blankets before using it! Then the dryers don’t even work properly! Takes 3 cycles just to dry anything! The pool grounds are not swept under its furnitures and since the pool person only comes out on Wednesday’s, we felt disgusted going into the hotub and pool after finding this out. The 2 upstairs fridges froze our veggies!. A house that fits 29 people NEEDS to have updated and properly working equipments. The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear everything going on your floor and outside. Few of the patio doors do not close properly/shower handles came off on the first night we used the showers (which freaked us out), one shower leaked horribly onto the bathroom floor (they fixed it the next day after we notified them so i must give them credit for their quick responses . AND worst of all, the smoke detector went off at 6am the first morning we were there, i just wanted to cry. That battery should be changed out on a planned basis to avoid that bc there are no ladders in the house! We managed to grab a stool from the 3rd floor and my husband finally got it down and used our own flashlight batteries to change it out. Woke up the whole house! We will never ever come back to the Outer Banks with VRBO ever again, its half this price in Florida. This should have been a stress free vacation but that was not the case. This is an honest experience, i hope they take it into consideration.

Go to the beach and grill does not have gas. Gas comes after we get anew tank and install not. But

More of a problem was check out time. We verified twice ahead of time and again when we got there that we could leave perishable items at the house and pick up when round of golf over. When I got to house at 1:30 all items gone and house cleaned. Know we left a cooler trash bangs. Ice cream butter etc. not enough $ to worry about but aggravating

Great place, small pool

This was a great property large enough to fit a large crowd. Each room has its own bathroom which was a big plus and hard to find. The location was close enough (can walk if needed) to shopping amenities and the community amenities area which included volley ball/basketball/tennis courts as well as a gym and playground. The beach shuttle stops right outside the house which was convenient. The only two minor complaints are: 1-the pool is small, it's just enough for the kiddies to splash in, but not for adults to swim in. We went to the community pool for that which was a great size and empty most of the time. 2-If you have a noisy family, this house might be difficult to sleep in. The walls/floors are thin so you can hear quite a bit of what's going on upstairs in the common area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and beautiful home

The house is beautiful. Plenty of room and space for the large group we had stay. It was perfect having the pool and hot tub. Easy access to the trolley and beach and close to stores and other attractions. My only complaint is it would help to have the deck and windows power washed. There were bugs and bee nests and spider webs everywhere. We had to clean a few of them off ourselves so we could use them.
