Back at the house, a spacious oceanfront deck spans the width of the home and is the perfect place for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Inside, the open-concept layout in the great room provides plenty of space to gather or spread out. Features include vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace (off-season only) and large picture windows that showcase the unobstructed ocean views. French doors lead to a sun room located right off the dining area where you can curl up with a book or catch up with family and friends. Choose from three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Or use the nearby trolley stop and take the shuttle anywhere you want to go within Corolla Light, including the Sports Complex. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.
