The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. Two stools are at the bar for additional seating. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch that makes a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat with plush pillows, and an accent chair, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
