Book your next stay at Ferry Retreat, a newly remodeled second-floor condo in town near the Marina. This condo is decorated with a beach and oceanic theme with modern touches and built-ins throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, a toaster, a toaster oven, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Utilize the desk area for working from home or distance learning. The extended breakfast bar has seating for four. Adjacent to this area is a unique sidebar along the wall with additional seating or four. The living room is comprised of a large sectional with chaise and plush pillows, made for relaxing and watching the large wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ships pass through the nearby channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin over Full bunk bed, a single Twin bed, a nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The hallway bath is equipped with a large granite countertop, sink, and tiled tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, chair for reading a book, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of double vanities, separate from the stand-alone tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
