Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Interiors offer a fresh take on classic style. Relax in the main gathering area, an open-concept space on the first floor.

A cozy sofa and pair of chairs invite you to lounge, while in the dining area, the farmhouse table mixes bench and chair seating for six. A designer tile backsplash dresses up the gourmet kitchen, with pendant lighting, stainless appliances, and a generous island lined with stools. It’s a perfect space for hosting meals or a party.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs, a bunk room in an open area at the top of the stairs sleeps four, with plenty of storage, whimsical bedding, and a sitting area. A roomy, queen-sized bedroom with balcony access has views of Social Circle and the Port Aransas Wetlands. The king-sized, primary bedroom features sophisticated simplicity, with soaring, wood-paneled ceiling painted crisp white and dark brown handsome headboard. A spacious, en suite bath offers dual sinks, a walk-in closet, and a double shower with designer tilework. The suite accesses a private balcony, as well.

GREAT FEATURES: Toast the sunset from the balcony or from a pair of Adirondacks that beckon you to the porch that overlooks the grassy park, a perfect spot for kids to play. You’ll be walking distance to three resort pools, the fitness center, and the crossover that leads to the beach! IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Pecan Pie is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Pecan Pie the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
