This was a fantastic home for our Corpus Christi getaway! The house is charming and cozy, and yet also felt roomy. The space is broken up into different sections so you don’t feel like you are all on top of each other all the time. It’s a short drive to some of the main attractions, and the neighborhood is quiet. The fenced-in backyard has a comfy patio set up and made hanging out with our dog that much easier. After a long day of running around town, it was really nice to relax on the long couch together and watch a movie.

I enjoyed the Corpus Christi area and would come back again. The host was fine, no issues. I liked the house, but a few things I can suggest would improve the amenities. Primary Issue: Rear patio deck & Garage - raw sewage gas smells were significant on certain days. Also, it was quite evident that there are critters/varmints living above the ceiling in the Master bedroom which could be heard each night.Secondary Issues: Maintenance and cleaning should be improved. The front door lock was so loose the door would not unlock. Four couch feet were off and I installed them, but in doing so, I had to move the couch out from the wall and the floor under the couch was very dirty with animal hair and dirt which I cleaned with the vacuum cleaner, which was broken but I fixed. All house windows are in need of washing - very dirty.Tertiary issues:Master bedroom bathroom door lock will not latch.Kitchen has no toasterCan openers are very poorFry pans have not Teflon coating and very sticky

Host very welcoming. The back fence was broken in areas and around back of home with some spots that needed repair. Under the beds and couch could benefit from a sweep! The front lock needed to be pulled toward you before opening which was confusing.

The house is very clean and in a nice neighborhood near a school with a playground. Plenty of kitchen goods, towels, and comfortable beds. Both bedrooms would benefit from a dresser as there was no place to put clothes that didnt go on hangers and we had to keep our suitcases open on the floors.

Everything was just like in the pictures. Easy check in and check out. This house is in a great location. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and was friendly. Cleaning crew forgot to clean the hall bathroom and back patio but the property manager offered to have someone come over and clean right away.

Short stay

We stayed for two nights during the week. Bungalow is good for 2-6 folks. Enough room to feel spacious yet intimate. Back porch worked for smokers. If you are planning on cooking or making anything for blending or baking bring own pans. Only single coffee maker and espresso machine. No regular coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay. Central to downtown and short 15-20 minute drive to beach.
