MAIN LIVING SPACE: Downstairs, the open-concept main living space combines comfortable family room seating with the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the wall-mounted, flat-screen smartTV and the panoramic view through the picture windows of the lake. Transoms let in more coastal light as you relax. A custom luxury king-size sleeper sofa converts the space into a unique sleeping room for kids or guests. The dining table seats six for card games or a meal. And you can visit with the cook in the convenient kitchen, with built-in microwave, stainless steel appliances, and under-mount sink for easy cleanup. A gas grill is available for the families pit master to shine.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: At the top of the stairs, a barn door opens into the tranquil king suite, dressed in turquoise and sail white. Accents in coral and driftwood complete this oasis. Two twin beds, with storage nook underneath, line up along a trio of windows—a great arrangement for families. And the whole room feels spacious thanks to soaring ceiling above and the expansive view to the lake. The large bathroom has dual vanities and a glass-front, walk-in shower, while the suite’s private balcony offers a table and chairs for an outdoor meal, morning coffee or sunset hour cocktails.

GREAT FEATURES: Craftsmen-like details and cottage architecture elevate this beach home to a work of art. Enjoy bonus outdoor living space on the bridge pavilion and a place to cast a line into the lake. (Fishing gear is available in the rental office!) And in addition to the pool and crossover at South to the less crowded stretch of beach, you’ll have access to all three pools, a fitness center, kids’ pirate-themed playground, and on-site restaurants at Cinnamon Shore North, just about a mile down the beach!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
