Neugebautes Haus in gated Village Walk!

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Pool von Village Walk Phase 1 jetzt beheizt ist!
Kommen Sie und spielen Sie in unserem Pirates Cove Beach House! Sobald Sie dieses Haus betreten, werden Sie sich wie im Urlaub fühlen. Helle, lustige Farben und viel natürliches Licht werden Sie willkommen heißen. Der Grundriss wurde entworfen, um Ihnen großartige Räume zum Genießen Ihrer Zeit zu bieten. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche ist der perfekte Treffpunkt für Familienessen und sogar Filmabende mit einem schönen Flachbildfernseher. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen für große Familien. Die Master-Suite befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und die zweite Etage mit einer zweiten Master-Suite. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher. Der zweite Meister hat einen König zusammen mit einem privaten Bad, einem Minikühlschrank, einem Weinkühler und einer Kaffeekanne. Diese Suite kann vom Rest des Hauses abgeschlossen werden. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat eine Reihe von Etagenbetten mit einem vollen auf der Unterseite und einem Zwilling auf der Oberseite. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat eine Königin und zusätzlichen Raum für ein Pack n Play, wenn nötig. Das Haus bietet viele Extras wie eine Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause sind hier, 5 Fernseher, DVD-Player, Grill und das Haus ist auch tierfreundlich!

Planen Sie vor der Reise nach Port Aransas / Village Walk die korrekte Anzahl der von Ihnen gefahrenen Fahrzeuge gemäß den folgenden Regeln:

1) Pirates Cove VW33 bietet 3 gepflasterte Parkplätze, 2 in der Einfahrt und 1 in der Garage, für 3 mittelgroße Fahrzeuge. Wenn Sie einen Golfwagen mieten, muss dieser in eines Ihrer 3 Felder passen.
 
2) Parkanhänger werden von Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt.
 
3) Alle Fahrzeuge müssen in der Einfahrt des VW33 geparkt sein. Kein Parken an der Straße, kein Parken in den roten Zonen und kein Parken in anderen Village Walk-Auffahrten
 
4) Im Village Walk sind keine Boote, Anhänger, Busse oder Wohnmobile gestattet
 
5) Das Abschleppen wird strikt durchgesetzt
 
Pirates Cove VW33 bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für 12 Gäste. Wenn Sie die richtige Anzahl von Fahrzeugen vor Ihrer Abreise planen, wird dies Ihr Urlaubserlebnis verbessern.
Dieses Ferienhaus ermöglicht es dir, Mustang Island Beach innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Unter anderem verfügbar: eine Wäscherei. Dieses Ferienhaus beinhaltet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, unter anderem WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und eine Küche.

2025 Pirates Cove Port A

Another Awesome Port Aransas Vacation !! Pirates Cove in Village Walk was perfect for our group. Also enjoyed the privacy of a gated community. We enjoyed beautiful beach during the day, chilled swimming pool in the early evenings, and good restaurant food, spectacular 4th of July fireworks, and golf carting around the island.

25th year vaca in Port Aransas

We all really like Village Walk community. The location is good for us because we spend most of the day at the beach and we can drive on to unload. The location is close enough to go back and forth as needed.

Great Vacation Home

The home is more spacious than it appears in pictures. It has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. Other homes often lack that, even though they sleep a large number of people. We especially appreciated the small second kitchen upstairs because our daughter was able to clean baby bottles and store baby food near her room. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Having two sets of washers and dryers was an added convenience The two community pools were so close and enjoyable. We had good phone service while we were there. The check out process was simple and quick. I highly recommend this vacation home.

The house was perfect because it allowed us to stay under one roof, plus provided plenty of privacy in addition to open common spaces. The rooms were good size, with comfortable beds and the A/C worked great (of utmost importance on the Texas Gulf Coast!) My single complaint is that we needed more towels.

The beds were comfy, each bedroom has its own bathroom including a half bath downstairs, there are drawers and closets in each room, which is rare to find in some beach houses. The main living area is spacious and comfortable.The upstairs patio it huge and the outside area is perfect for post beach cleaning and unloading.We had an amazing stay here and would definitely book again!

There are many benefits to renting Pirate's Cove for a family (2 sets of washer/dryers, full kitchen and kitchenette, covered balcony, numerous bathrooms and convenience to the beach and Port A dining.) What kept this house from being a 5 star are three items: the advertised wi-fi either did not work or was not strong enough for service, the gas grill had no propane and Village Walk can be loud. Obviously, the noise actually cannot be cured but the other two items should be addressed. We will definitely stay there again as the opportunity arises.
